A loaner device will be delivered to you first so that you can perform the data transfer with two devices in your hands.

Please note that the use of a loaner device is optional. The support team will ask you to select a loaner device at the time of repair.
A deposit may be charged for the use of a loaner device. The deposit will be refunded upon completion of the repair and return of the loaner device. The amount of the deposit will depend on the device available at the time of the repair.
Note that you will be charged the market value of a loaner device in the following cases:
- If the broken device is not shipped to Reboot within 2 weeks after the delivery of a loaner device.
- If the loaner device is not returned to Reboot within 2 weeks after the delivery of the repaired device.
