To end your subscription rental, simply return your product to Reboot at the end of your subscription period (or anytime afterwards) by submitting a return request via “Reboot Device Return Form” link below.
We'll deliver a box with a return label. No shipping fee will be billed.
Return Procedure
- Get a support number by contacting Reboot Support
- Submit a return request via Reboot device return form.
- Receive the return box with a label.
- Factory reset the device (see below for resetting procedure)
- Take out your SIM card.
- Place the device and its accessories inside the return box.
- Attach a return label on the surface of the return box.
- Seal the lid of the box using an enclosed sticker.
- Ship the device.

Device Reset Instructions
The reset procedures vary depending on your device model. Please refer to the appropriate instructions below:
When returning your device, please ensure that all passwords, locks, and security settings configured by you are removed or disabled. This includes Activation Lock on Apple devices and Factory Reset Protection (FRP) on Android devices.
After the device is returned, we will inspect the device. If a cracked screen or other damage is found upon inspection, the customer will be partially responsible for the repair cost. (Please be assured that damage repair insurance will be applied and the cost will not be so high. Please refer to the support page for details of insurance fees.
