The Device Change Option allows you to switch to a new rental device once during your contract period.
Please note that certain conditions and fees apply.
■ Eligibility Requirements
You can use this option only if all of the following conditions are met:
You are currently subscribed to a 36-month rental plan.
At least 12 months have passed since the start of your current contract.
You have no overdue payments or violations of our Terms of Service.
You have not previously used this option under the same contract (it can only be used once per contract).
There are no other circumstances under which Reboot deems you ineligible for this option.
■ Eligible Devices
You can change to a device that belongs to the same category as your current one (e.g., smartphone or tablet).
Please note that availability may vary depending on stock conditions, and additional time may be required to prepare the selected model.
■ Fees and Charges
When applying for this option, you will be required to pay the applicable handling fee, related costs. Depending on the timing of the old device's return, a deposit may be required.

The monthly rental fee for the new device will be determined as follows:
If the new device’s rental fee (at the time of application) is higher than your current one → the new device’s fee will apply.
If the new device’s rental fee is the same or lower → the current device’s fee will continue to apply (the fee will not be reduced).
■ Returning the Old Device, and the Deposit Requirement
You can return your current (old) device using one of the following two methods:
Return first (No deposit payment is required): Send your old device to us. After we receive it, we will ship your new device.
(There will be a period during which you do not have a device, but rental fees will still apply.)Deposit first (Deposit payment is required): Pay the required deposit first. We will send the new device, and after receiving it, you must return the old one.
(This method allows you to avoid being without a device.)
Once the old device is received and confirmed to be in good condition, the deposit will be refunded in full.
If any damage or malfunction is found (unless covered by insurance), the repair cost will be deducted from the deposit.
■ Contract Period
If, after using this option, the remaining period of your contract is less than 12 months,
the contract will be automatically extended to a total of 12 months from the month in which the new device is shipped.
■ Other Notes
Reboot may modify or discontinue this option without prior notice.
