■ Policy for responding to fraudulent activity
In the unlikely event that fraudulent activity by a customer is discovered, we will promptly report it to the police, including the customer's identity verification information.
Main prohibited acts

Resale, transfer, or sublease of loaned equipment to a third party
→ It is prohibited by the Terms of Use (Articles 16 and 19). -
Order placed on behalf of a third party
→ Requests such as “I want to borrow your smartphone” or “Please apply in your name” may be part of a scam by a criminal organization.
If you receive such requests, immediately cancel the order and contact the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department General Consultation Center (#9110).
Management and tracking system based on serial numbers
Reboot manages the serial numbers (IMEI, serial numbers, etc.) of all loaned equipment.
If unauthorized resale is confirmed, we will check with pawn shops, recycling shops, flea market sites, etc., and request confirmation of the antique register. At the same time, we will promptly file a police report.

- Article 14: In the event of a prohibited act, the contract may be terminated without notice.
